Nayef is a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Professional and Life Coach, with a diversified academic background and more than a decade of expansive governmental experience and significant exposure. His role as a professional coach is to corroborate creating peak performance for corporate leaders, managers and employees at their different levels. His ultimate goal is to inspire, influence and support people to live their highest self.

As a certified NLP Practitioner and Coach, his coaching approach integrates the breakthrough Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coaching modality with the ICF Model, for greater results. Nevertheless, his diversified academic background (economics, social policy, politics, and executive management), adds various dimensions to the coaching practice.
